CANTIERI D'ARTE
Saturday saw the conclusion of (t)here, Elsa Mencagli Andersen's solo exhibition at Biancovolta, curated by Cantieri d'Arte and realised thanks to the support of the Danish Arts Foundation.
We leave you with an excerpt from Marco Trulli's text for the exhibition: "Around the sculptures presented, Mencagli Andersen invited groups of people to compose collaborative gestures, trying to sow relational attempts, resonances. Resonance is an element pursued by the artist as a method and practice in the attempt to activate a circular process that begins in a certain way but with unpredictable outcome - it is the connection of bodies and thoughts that activate a song that resonates, from the sculptures to the bodies, in their visible and invisible parts. "
Thank you to everyone who has been with us this month of openings, encounters and micro-actions inhabiting the margins of verbal language, in the spaces between sound, gesture and meaning!
